Creating a sewing pattern from an already made shirt

I have a short-sleeved, collared, button-down shirt that fits me just right. I generally have a hard time finding shirts that fit well. So, I would like to have a pattern created of this shirt that I can use to sew replicas as I need them (maybe I'd even post this as a task in the future.) So, I'm looking for someone who I could send the shirt to, who could then create a pattern and send both back to me. The shirt would still need to be wearable, so I don't think it could be taken apart, but we could chat more about the specifics.
