Description:
I am going to send you a .csv file and several other excel and / or .csv files. One is an export of billing history from Authorize.net. You are going to go through, using IF/THEN logic and identify people who's credit cards were declines and that owe us money. You will compare these against the other spreadsheets which notate changes, and create a list of people who owe us money.
You should have a strong finance / accounting / analysis background and be able to FIGURE STUFF OUT without a million questions after the first 2 founds of Q&A back and forth between us.

How large is your membership list and how many transactions are on the Authorize.net spreadsheet? I use to be membership coordinator of a small membership group so I used to match records between email, Paypal and a local Access database.

Prob about 700 transactions per month x 24 months - but it's not like each will be gone through. With If/Then logic, there are easy ways to sort it and focus just on problem cases. Hope that helps!
