Enter expenses into an online accounting system from receipts or statements. Match receipts to statements if needed.
If I can get electronic documents I can email them, otherwise I will leave the documents for you at my front desk in soma. I can get you the needed information on Tuesday morning.
This is probably around 4 hours of work, but might be more or less each month.

I would be more than happy to do this for you as I used to manage all the reimbursements/expenses for a scholarship office at UC Berkeley and have also taken a Financial Accounting class. I had a couple questions - 1) What online system do you use? and 2) Approximately how many receipts is it per month?
