Garage sorting and recycling + move items into garage

This job takes place close to downtown San Jose. My smallish 2-car garage is filled with all manner of items, including furniture and boxes of books and papers, but nothing exceptionally heavy. I need someone to move the stuff and label or sort into groups according to what can be trashed, recycled, donated, sold or kept. Items to be trashed or recycled need to go away. The remainder needs to be put back so there is room for my car. In addition, items from the extra bedroom will also need to be moved into garage and sorted in the same way. This task needs to be done on or before Saturday oct 1st. I estimate 4 hours tops.
