Grocery store shopping and delivery (trader joes):
bag of brussel sprouts
pearl tomatos
bag of cut/cleaned kale
broccoli slaw
butter leaf lettuce mix
spring or herb lettuc mix
plain hummus (tj brand)
ice cream (soy, half mango sorbet and half vanilla)
bag of popcorn kernals, organic
large organic dog bones if they have (crunchy cookie treats, not rawhide)
corn tortillas (not the home made ones)
dried UNSWEETENED cherries
soy velveeta-type cheese slices (orange)
bananas (not organic, slighty green), 5
whole seedless watermelon
whole pepper corns (to refill my pepper grinder)
white quinoa
jar of yellow curry
salted rice cakes (blue and clear package)
some type of biscotti or cookie that is gluten free (either plain, or with a little dark chocolate or ginger or vanilla or almond), not too sweet (to have with tea after dinner, but nothing too bad for me:)
brown rice tortillas
frozen tilapia
eggs
individual tj brand non-fat plan greek yogurt (5)
gluten free hot oatmeal (inividual packets if available), unsweetened or least amount of sugar
fresh refrigerated tj brand almond milk (vanilla if they have)
