Details
Description:
My toilet water is running constantly - there is something wrong with the arm attached to the floater ball. It flushes fine and it is not stopped up. When I lift the arm that has the ball attached, the running stops, so it will need a part to keep the arm in place. This is a "lowboy" toilet.
This is located in the nob hill area near union square.

What is a "lowboy" toilet? Do you mean it has a low profile, or is it low-flow?
Thanks.
Adrienne A.
Someone told me is was "lowboy" but my manual says it's a Kohler One-Piece Toilet like this one http://www.vintagetub.com/asp/product_detail.asp?item_no=K-3386-0 (I don't know that this link shows the exact model, but it looks like this). I was told that it requires special parts compared to a normal toilet.
