Deliver laptop from San Francisco to Oakland

I have laptop that was loaned to me by a nonprofit organization and I'd like to return it. You would pick up the laptop from me, either in the morning or evening at my apartment at Hayes and Baker or during the day from my office off the Embarcadero BART exit. Then deliver it to Fred Finch Youth Center, located in Oakland at 3800 Coolidge Avenue. Before you pick up the laptop, I'll contact someone there so I can tell you a specific person/office to bring it to.
