Creating / posting Craigslist Ad to sell a 2000 Dodge Durango (149k miles)

I'm going to be looking to sell my older Dodge Durango (located in Russian Hill SF). I would like some help creating the ad including coming to take pics of the truck, etc.
My main needs include:
- Creating the craigslist ad and description based on the Durango
- Taking pictures of the Durango (this is negotiable if you want to bid a lower price)
- Making the HTML stuff look better (e.g. bolding, bullets, hyper links, embedded pics, etc.),
- Keeping the listing fresh and near the top (daily reposts for a few weeks)
- Maximize page views (multiple listings?, key word optimization, etc.)
- Any other ideas you might have??

I'm not planning on asking for a ton on the asking price, so I imagine this will sell faster than usual.
