Hi, looking for someone to help a busy family of 4 (2 adults/2 elementary school aged kids) with cooking dinner for a week (5 week days only), plus lunches for the 2 adults. We can provide hopefully everything you will need including food, baking dishes/pans and utensils, and containers for freezing. We are flexible with days/times, and you wouldn't necessarily need to do it all at one time, you could split your time between days, maybe something like Monday/Tuesday or Monday/Wednesday. We don't have any specific dietary restrictions, but want the meals to be healthy and low-fat/low-sodium, with lots of veggies and fruit, and lean on the starches, a la low-carb. Since I'm posting this on Sunday, it may be too late to start this week, so next week is fine, but we can chat and figure out a schedule.
