Breakdown and remove boxes

I have 30 small boxes that I've collected over the past few months. All stuff like Amazon boxes. mostly small stuff.

There's packaging material in many of them.

I need the packaging material throw away in our trash can downstairs. and the boxes flattened and moved to our recycling bin downstairs.

I'm on the 3rd floor with stairs.

Whole task should take about an hour, if that.

I need the work done between 8-9:30 am any day this week, but the sooner the better
