TaskRabbit calculates a service fee dynamically, based on a TaskRabbit's offer to do your Task. The average fee is around 15% of the TaskRabbit's offer price.

You post a Task, naming how much you would pay to have it done.
TaskRabbits consider the Task, then make offers, naming how much they want to be paid.
TaskRabbit adds a fee to the offer, aiming for a price that gets everyone a great deal.

Our goal is to get the TaskPoster the best price, get the TaskRabbit the money they want to earn, and include a service fee that helps us keep the lights on.

TaskRabbit makes payment easy

When you post a task, we store your credit card information safely and securely with us. When the task is closed, we automatically charge your card and pay the TaskRabbit. You can also reimburse the TaskRabbit for any purchases or expenses in the same step. No messy cash transactions or writing checks, it's smooth sailing!
