Assist with re-organizing and purging large storage room at Red Hook storage facility

Meet me at the storage facility in Red Hook and assist with re-organizing and disposal of items that are no longer needed. I have 2 rooms there - I approx 10x10 and 1 5x7 which has very little in it. My goal is to clear out and re-organize the larger room in order to move the contents from the smaller room into it so I can get rid of the smaller room completely. IF YOU HAVE A VAN, it would be helpful for properly disposing of any items that I can't just leave there in the dumpster, but that's not a deal breaker. Of course, I am willing to pay a bit more if you do, in fact, have a van, since it would save me from having to rent a Zipcar for a few hours.

There's some heavy lifting involved, but not much -- there's nothing in either room that I haven't personally moved/lifted all by myself at some point.
