Accounting Help: 2 Months of Travel Expenses

HI there -- I have been on the road for my job for the last two months. I now have a huge stack of reciepts, hotel bills, and a massive looming American Express payment -- so I've got to get these expenses done!

Expenses have been mostly on one credit card, but I need to have someone sit with me and do an entire overview of my travel itineraries, hotel bills and credit card statements to make sure every expense is accounted for. Ideally I would like this person to meet with me in Midtown (50th & 6th) in my office and go through everything together.

We have a spreadsheet expense template for our company I'll need you to use, but it isn't complicated. I'll send that to you ahead of time.

You can use a desktop computer here and help me put this together. If we have everything organized, it should take about 2-3 hours tops.

I go back on the road next week so would like to do this tomorrow (Thursday) starting around 9:00AM on 50th & 6th. I realize it's early, but I'll buy you coffee and we can plow through this!!
