Assembling a sandbox + canopy in our backyard

Details
I need someone who has done an assembly work before.
Install this on the grass in our backyard, will provide the specific spot.
Maybe Sat of next week, or tomorrow (Sun).

Check the product reviews on the link above, to see some problems people had (esp, the poles ripped through the canopy in strong wind).
1) We can lend you a power drill and a screw driver during the project.
2) We will want the canopy fabric reinforced with duct tapes where the canopy fabric meet the poles; cover a wider area than the poles' perimeters with duct tapes to make that meeting point stronger, allowing for a bit of movement/imprecision.
3) let us know when you have drilled a few, to make sure we agree with it; and drill carefully. We don't want to break the panes as they could be a pain to replace when sand is already in it.

This is what the manufacturer said about this sandbox on their Facebook page:
"When putting the sandbox together it should take approximately 1-2 man hours and the canopy should take 1 man hour if the area does not need preparation. Generally speaking for the 12 inch hexagon sandbox for a depth of 8 inches of sand you would need 3,350 lbs (1.2 cubic yards) of play sand."

Do you have a level spot or does the runner have to make level? Can this be done in the evening during the week?

We do have a level spot, it will be put on the grass (we don't care if the grass dies).
If you can do it on Monday (2 days from now), my husband will be home during the day, so you can do it in the evening, as long as it is completed before it gets dark - which will make it difficult. Please let us know what time you propose to work.

Filling the sandbox with sand is not part of this task. I might need help on that too, but will post it separately. Though if everything else matches, we won't mind using the same runner. We are just not sure yet of the task description (i.e. whether it involves pickup of the sand from store or not), what brand, and where to get the sand from.
