Handyman - Repair a storm door that won't latch

Our storm door has suffered some sort of mishap and will no longer latch properly. From the inside, you have to lock it to keep it closed in any amount of wind, and from the outside, you have to turn the handle, lift a little, and kick the corner of the door a bit to get it to truly catch.

Aside from a few dings where it's swung too far open in the wind and hit our railing, the door itself is in good shape. I think possibly it's gotten a bit out of square and/or there's an issue with how the frame on the hinge side is mounted to the door frame.

We have basic tools, but if you think you'll need something specific, please let me know what it is, unless you'd like to bring your own, so that I can find it or borrow it ahead of time. Also, please let me know your level of experience with repairs like this, and when you are available.
