You can out-source anything on TaskRabbit. Even the Boston Marathon! Margaret, Mika & Mary out-sourced this year's Boston marathon to Greg, Jim & Jamie. Together, we're raising money for these fantastic charities: the Ellie Fund, the National Federation for the Blind of MA, and your local Council on Aging. Please join us!

These fearless TaskRabbits are supporting our charities by running 4 mile segments of the Boston Marathon & passing their baton-carrot all the way to Boston. They’ll also be camped out at our TaskRabbit Rescue Station near the intersection of Route 16 and Route 30 in Newton, at the base of Heartbreak Hill. They’ll be helping marathon TaskRabbits just like TaskRabbit.com helps our customers each & every day.

Find our Rabbits on Marathon Monday!
If you find one, take a picture and email it to us at: Amanda [at] TaskRabbit [dot] com or tweet us @TaskRabbit. You could win a fabulous TaskRabbit prize!
The Ellie Fund aims to ease the effects of breast cancer on women and families across Massachusetts. They provide free support services like childcare, housekeeping, transportation and meals. If you can, help them help others.

Margaret uses TaskRabbit to help out while she undergoes treatment for breast cancer. Even though life's too hectic to run a marathon right now, she still wants to raise money for The Ellie Fund. Give her a hand by donating too. |

Greg Zunkiewicz is a top-rated RME TaskRabbit and is running the Boston Marathon for Margaret. When he's not running RME errands or training for a race, he's above the clouds, working as a pilot. In his spare time he's into reading and movies. Please support Greg. |
The National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts works to improve the lives of blind people in the Commonwealth. By providing information and education, the NFB Mass is positively changing what it means to be blind. You can help too.
|
Mika Pyyhkala, RME customer and President of NFB Mass, helps test & adopt technologies that provide tools of independence for the blind. He also works as a systems analyst for Neighborhood Health Plan and is an overall tech advocate. You can help NFBMA. |

Jim Ford is honored to be running his 2nd Boston Marathon for Mika. Originally from Mass, Jim now lives in beautiful Hampstead, NH where he supervises construction projects when not training for marathons. Next up for him is the Vermont marathon in May. Go, Jim & NFBMass!. |
The Council on Aging: every Massachusetts town has one. Local COAs help seniors with key issues like health care, housing, transportation, in-home assistance and legal matters. RME often helps seniors and we hope you'll join us & support your local Council on Aging.

Mary Johnston, a 70-something attorney, took up running long ago. To date, she's run in 3 marathons but had surgery recently, making Boston not an option this year. So she outsourced her marathon to Jamie and is raising money for her local Council on Aging. |
|
Jamie Viggiano is a 28-year old powerhouse. A recent Harvard Business School grad and three-time marathoner, she’s running for Mary Johnston, the Council on Aging and in memory of her grandmother who suffered from Alzheimer's. Help Jamie help seniors receive good care like her grandmother did. |
