Jen, I'm really interested but I would have to come from Victorville to do the job. I'm concerned about traffic and drive time. Can this work be done on Saturday or Sunday?

We actually have all tools here ready to go! The only thing we may need to go out and get is more lumber, do you own a truck or SUV? It is not necessary but it would be convenient.
