Coupon Cutting and Organizing

So I've fallen behind on my couponing and would like some help to get back on track. I have a folder with plastic baseball card sheets to view the coupons. I would need help cutting coupon inserts from the past few weeks and putting them in the binder.

The binder is organized by the following:
Store specific coupons (Target, Ralphs, CVS...)
Category (Paper products, Deodorant, Laundry, etc)

Within each category, they are organized by the ones that are about to expire going first. I receive 2 newspapers on Sundays so you can get an idea of how many inserts there may be. I can provide scissors if needed. If you have a paper cutter, that would be ideal for yourself.

Also,if it's not too much work, I have some that have been cut from before and would like help inserting them. I can provide an idea of what items to clip or not to clip. The Task Rabbit is free to keep whatever coupons I do not want (ie cat coupons or certain foods)
