Is this the basic cleaning or is this the in depth down and dirty cleaning? How big is the apartment? Do you have a washer/dryer, diswasher? Pets? Do you require laundry done? Do you have the tools that are required?

In some areas it is a basic cleaning, in others it needs a bit more depth. The apartment is a small two bedroom garden apartment. However, the bedrooms don't really need cleaning. No laundry needs to be done. Sadly, there is no dishwasher. There are no pets in the house. And I will try and provide all necessary cleaning supplies. I am also lacking a good vacuum cleaner for the living room which is carpeted; having one would be a plus.
