household tasks & errands - 2 hours help for now; repeating work in future

I would like to hire someone on a regular basis to do household tasks and errands. It would probably be around 2-4 hours each week or every two weeks. (It will vary depending on what I need that week.)

Examples of tasks:
Laundry (wash and put away)
Pack up packages for online returns
Drop off packages at UPS or post office for mailing
Return items at local stores
Pick up and drop off dry cleaning
Take items to goodwill / consignment
Fold and move empty boxes to my garage for recycling

Things you won't have to do:
No housecleaning - I already have a housecleaner
No heavy lifting - I will have boxes of things to be mailed, so you should be able to carry things, but it won't be anything too heavy

I am looking for someone who:
Is organized, efficient, etc.
Has a car
Has a cellphone so we can communicate while you're out doing tasks
Ideally has a smartphone with internet access (e.g. you can check your task list online, find directions to a store, etc.)

I'm starting this off as a one-time task of 2 hours to try this out. Once I find someone I'd like to work with on a regular basis, it would be a repeating task. I'll assume the amount you bid on this 2 hour task represents your rate for regular, ongoing work - if it isn't please tell me what hourly rate you are offering for regular work. I work from home 1-2 days a week so ideally we could coordinate this work on weekdays if that works for you, but weekends might be OK too.
