Greet and let in delivery people while I'm away

I'm moving from England to Boston in late September and will be getting my internet set up and my mattress delivered ahead of time. I need someone to hang out at my one-bedroom apartment between 2pm and 6pm on Monday, September 20th to wait for these deliveries, unlock the apartment for the delivery people, and then lock up the apartment and return the keys when the task is complete.

The RCN internet service-person will be setting up high-speed internet and just needs access inside the apartment, there shouldn't be any technical problems or questions but I'll give you my landlord's name and number to call if anything comes up.

The queen-sized mattress should be delivered by service-people from Sleepy's Mattress Co. and they will take care of carrying the mattress inside the apartment; you'd just need to direct them towards the bedroom and ask them to place it on the floor.

Ideally the mattress and internet will be set up early on in the 2pm-6pm time window, after they’re both set up, please lock up the apartment and then feel free to leave! There's not much in the way of furniture or anything at the apartment yet, so feel free to bring a chair, a book, whatever you like to pass the time.

Keys to my apartment (Hobart St., Brighton MA 02135) can be picked up from and returned to my friend Jen in Waltham or Cambridge, whichever is more convenient (I’ll give you her info after the task is assigned). Thanks in advance!
