General Household Chores

Hello - I'm looking for a smart, organized, detail oriented, energetic person to help with general weekly household chores (see below). In general, I assume this will take 2-3 hours per week (starting the week of January 9th), but could lead to more specialized tasks (personal office assistant type work) once we develop a rapport. I am a stickler for detail/organization and hope to find a similar person who also can think creatively and make broader suggestions on how they can help in other areas of running my household and (administrative) life. A sample of recurring tasks is listed below (note that all tasks will not necessarily need to be done each week and that the list will almost certainly evolve over time; note that I also use a housekeeping service, so this is not a cleaning job per se):

LAUNDRY
Wash towels (cold water, no fabric softener), fold, replace
Clean out dryer filter chamber (every other week)

REFRIDGERATOR
Straighten up all fridge items
Refill Brita jugs
Cut up fruits - ready-to-eat
Cut up vegetables - ready-to-eat
Make salad
Make grocery list of missing/low items

KITCHEN
Empty sink into/run/empty dishwasher
Straighten up all kitchen items - silverware/glasses/dishware/utensils/etc.
Empty all trash/replace bags - kitchen/office/master bath/powder room (as needed)
Empty paper shredder (as needed)
Take out recycling/replace bag (as needed)

OFFICE
Sort mail (important vs. junk), open envelopes
Unsubscribe junk mail and catalogs (as needed)

GENERAL STRAIGHTENING UP
Straighten up living room - couches/chairs/pillows/blankets/coffee table
Straighten up dining room - chairs
Straighten up master bedroom - make bed
Straighten up master bath - replace towels/toilet paper/trash bag (as needed)
Straighten up master closet - hang-up dry cleaning/fold stray clothes (as needed)
Straighten up powder room - replace towels/toilet paper/trash bag (as needed)
Straighten up hall closet/foyer - organize coats/shoes/etc. (as needed)
Shine shoes (monthly)

OTHER
Miscellaneous other tasks as they arise
Proactively look for areas to be helpful and improve efficiency/quality of life
